Real busy. Short week made even shorter by wedding I am playing guitar at - getting ready for that - learning 30 songs..etc... Kinda making me nervous.. oh well, it'll be cool.

Good weekend / Songs for the Beefheart Winners

Hello out there. Been a good weekend. It was a classic, wake up confused on a friend's couch Saturday morning, followed by a long bikeride, some sketching, and a little song making. Then a rowdy Cinco de Mayo party ensued involving dueling margarita blenders, tejano music, and a broken window. Today has been a relatively calm follow-up, featuring a movie and a lazy, open-window nap.

In other news, I have been working on some reward songs for the two participants that first identified the likeness of Captain Beefheart. Those will be soon to follow, so hang tight Zak and Doug.
